I wrote these thoughts during a tough time for my family. A close relative passed away from a bout with cancer and it really hit home. Our time is limited and we need to seize every moment in time.

Too often we stress and worry about things that mean nothing. We rush through life in some imaginary race. Enjoy your life, enjoy your path and enjoy the journey. It will come to an end someday but between now and then, seize every moment and don’t waste it!

Life is so fragile

All we have is our moment in time

What seems like permanence is only an illusion

Hold on to the each moment before they slip away

Slow down your rush

Before it all goes away
