I found this poem while going through some of my Dad’s old books from school. He had this in a frame and it must have meant something to him so I gave it a read. It was originally written by Dale Wimbrow in 1934 and it’s changed form somewhat over the years and written in a different era but the core substance is the same and it applies to men and women.
At the end of the day can you look at yourself in the mirror and say that you lived up the the task of being a good person and doing the best you can?
Only you can answer that question.
