My lunch here has 1 1/2 hamburger patties topped with bacon and avocado. I then add my favorite ketchup from Primal Kitchen ( Spicy Organic Unsweetened ). I highly recommend their ketchup as the taste is amazing and it’s not full of sugar.
There you have it, a simple easy lunch packed with protein, some fats and a nice spicy zing of ketchup. I like to keep my meals simple, flavorful and repetitive so I know day in and day out what I’m generally going to eat. With a plan in mind, you are less likely to go out and eat bad food or junk food. Just a little planning ahead can make the difference.
It’s amazing how even just a week of consistent healthy eating can improve your energy levels and overall well-being.
