Goat Protein Shake 🐐

Is it the Greatest Of All Time? 🐐

I think so.

For years I’ve pounded down jugs of traditional whey protein but I finally grew tired of feeling bloated every time I had a shake. I needed something a little easier to digest but I didn’t seem to have many options besides pea or vegetable proteins that I didn’t care for. After doing some detailed research and having a blood test in which I discovered my sensitivity to traditional whey, I came upon goat protein!

For me personally, it’s been amazing. We're all different and some of us may have allergies or intolerances that we don’t even realize. That’s why getting tested was one of the best things I did. Once I made the switch the results were immediate. I now could enjoy my shakes without the painful bloat and digestive problems.

Here’s my basic ā€œGoat Poweredā€ shake formula :

1 cup of goat’s milk

8 ice cubes

1/3 banana

1 tsp cashew butter

1 scoop of Tera’s honey and goat protein powder ( FYI, I have no affiliation or make any $ from this recommendation) I just find their protein the best tasting out there.

Blend it up and you’re ready to go.
