Is it the Greatest Of All Time? š
I think so.
For years Iāve pounded down jugs of traditional whey protein but I finally grew tired of feeling bloated every time I had a shake. I needed something a little easier to digest but I didnāt seem to have many options besides pea or vegetable proteins that I didnāt care for. After doing some detailed research and having a blood test in which I discovered my sensitivity to traditional whey, I came upon goat protein!
For me personally, itās been amazing. We're all different and some of us may have allergies or intolerances that we donāt even realize. Thatās why getting tested was one of the best things I did. Once I made the switch the results were immediate. I now could enjoy my shakes without the painful bloat and digestive problems.
Hereās my basic āGoat Poweredā shake formula :
1 cup of goatās milk
8 ice cubes
1/3 banana
1 tsp cashew butter
1 scoop of Teraās honey and goat protein powder ( FYI, I have no affiliation or make any $ from this recommendation) I just find their protein the best tasting out there.
Blend it up and youāre ready to go.
